THE DÉJAm CREW

James had a concept. Michael had a plan. Jill had a story. Since then, it has been like the day Boyz II Men first met, creative harmony. There is just three of us right now, but we like working with our friends. We're a company, that likes company.

JILL O'NEIL BEISSEL

1 part 50s rock n' roll
+ 2 parts one-hit wonders
+ a little indie pop

JAMES ROBERT BURCH II

1 PART LOFI HIP HOP
+ 2 PARTS BLUEGRASS
+ A DASH OF DASHBOARD CONFESSIONAL
+ A FEW BARS OF KENDRICK

James was too young to understand the O.J. Bronco chase but just old enough to appreciate a good "Parental Advisory" label. He spent college strumming an acoustic and spends adulthood strumming the banjo of the wilderness (whatever that means). Also rap fits in there somehow because music has no rules.

MICHAEL RYAN WILSON

1 part BEATLES
+ 2 PARTS CHRONIC 2001
+ a little PUNK ROCK
+ a few SYNTH CHORDS OF NEW WAVE

Michael spent 1996 watching Kerri Strug win a gold medal for USA's Olympic gymnast team. That was also the year he joined the Columbia House CD Club (12 CD's for 1¢). Today, you can find him with his family, or watching fictional families on Netflix.
